The B Futurist team is composed of 73+ employees, organized into several key departments: Business Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Wholesale, and Supply Chain. The number of team members varies per team.

The initial employment contract at B Futurist is for 7 months, including a one-month probation period. After this period, a contract review will determine the duration and salary of the next contract, based on performance. We adhere to the Dutch 3x3x6 rule, which means a maximum of 3 temporary contracts over a period of up to 3 years, with a maximum interval of 6 months between contracts before a permanent contract is required.
Our internships typically last six months unless stated otherwise in the job description. If your study internship allows you to work for approximately six months, we can accommodate it. Additionally, thesis internships can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate shorter internships due to the comprehensive training we provide to all our interns.
Recruitment and Onboarding
For most of our positions, we have a three-round interview process. The first round is designed to get to know you better and understand your motivations in life, while also giving us the opportunity to present the company to you. In the second interview, we delve deeper into the fit between the role and our expectations, and your credentials and career ambitions. This stage includes several technical questions about trading, with a particular focus on parallel trading. It is also an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions about the position or the team that were not covered in the first round. The final round involves a case study assignment where you will conduct comparative market research between two given markets and present your findings.
Aligning with our values, we appreciate speed and efficiency in our recruitment process. Usually between the first and the final round of interviews the entire process takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
