Your Role

As a Business Development focusing on the Czech, Slovakian, and Hungarian Markets markets, you will :

  • Identify and source leads within your designated market through proactive outreach.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from sourcing, cold calling, negotiating terms, to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely administrative support to facilitate deal execution.
  • Maintain a sustainable approach to meeting and exceeding targets.

We are looking for

  • Fluency in English and Czech is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hungarian or Slovak is a plus.
  • Persistence and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ambition and self-drive to achieve high targets.
  • Open-mindedness and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable and fast learners who grow through feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset.
  • Experience in Sales, Account Managing or Business Development and/or in Wholesale Industry is a big plus!
