First Round with HR

If compatibility is apparent, we’ll invite you to an online conversation with our HR team. Second Round Interview

Recruitment and Onboarding

For most of our positions, we have either a two-round or three-round interview process. The first round is designed to get to know you better and understand your motivations in life, while also giving us the opportunity to present the company to you. In the second interview, we delve deeper into the fit between the role and our expectations, and your credentials and career ambitions. This stage is an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions about the position or the team that were not covered in the first round. The (possible) final round involves a case study assignment.

For Business Development, we have a three-round interview process. The first round is designed to get to know you better and understand your motivations in life, while also giving us the opportunity to present the company to you. In the second interview, we delve deeper into the fit between the role and our expectations, and your credentials and career ambitions. This stage includes several technical questions about trading, with a particular focus on parallel trading. It is also an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions about the position or the team that were not covered in the first round. The final round involves a case study assignment where you will conduct comparative market research between two given markets and present your findings.
